I needed a roof repair done during the first big snow of the season. Their contractor answered my call late at night, came out first thing in the morning, and was finished by the afternoon.   • We cannot say enough good things about BMS HVAC/R and Harry and his crew. Our HVAC system needed replacing so we started the tedious task of calling out for estimates and reviewing numerous companies. Harry impressed us from the beginning with his professionalism and knowledge of what unit we specifically needed for our home. Other companies tried to tell us we needed to upgrade the size of our AC unit, but Harry explained that was not needed. He also explained our unit needed to be moved out from under our deck where it would receive more airflow. No other company explained this to us. Though their quote was affordable for us, it certainly did not compromise on quality of installation or the professionalism of BMS. On the day of install, installers were actually there early and took their time to make sure everything was installed correctly. Harry showed my husband exactly how to use the thermostat and how to use the system and filter. Later that night we smelled remnants of gas from when they replaced the system but they even came out during peak traffic time in order to make sure nothing was leaking and the system was installed correctly and our home would be safe. We would not hesitate to use BMS HVAC/R for any other home project. In fact we need our water heater replaced soon and they will be the first we will call!   • To the ownership of BMS HVACR: I wanted to express how satisfied we were with our recent business transaction. After a wonderful vacation spent out of town, we came home to a sweltering home (100 degrees inside) on July 30. It was apparent that our entire HVAC system was going to need replacing after 23 years of heating and air conditioning our home. We spent several days researching government websites, talking to neighbors and friends, scouring energy star websites and blogs before narrowing the choices down to 3 local companies. Monday, August 1, BMS was the first to respond to our call as well as the first company to come on site for an estimate. Harry was efficient, patient, and friendly as we interrogated him with all of our questions regarding his company, Trane units, and his work. We were so impressed with Harry, the system he put together for us, and the cost, that we assigned the job to him on the spot. Thursday, Harry arrived in the morning with a wonderful crew that included T.J., Mike, and Josh. They were all professional, hardworking, thoughtful, and extremely clean. Harry took the time to teach us how to use our new system as well as the new thermostat. It works flawlessly as we watched the temperature lower from 90 degrees when the unit was installed to 75 degrees within 4 hours! We are thoroughly impressed with your company from the initial response to the finished product.   • #1 in my book! Over the summer my mother's ac went out. Panic we were giving the Brothers Mechanical Services Hvac from an online ad and the service was outstanding. We had called several companies and they came within 30 minutes. There service was wonderful they went way beyond what we'd expected. They were professional, competent, and explained everything that was needed. The situation with the ac was fixed within 30 minutes and cost far less than was expected. My mother is 83 yrs. old and this could have been a real problem for her this company was kind and reassuring to a senior and I am very grateful for their help.
